What are the opening hours of Aquapark Aquacolors?

Aquapark Aquacolorsa is open during the summer season. Opening hours may vary depending on the month and weather conditions. Please check our official website for the most up-to-date information before your visit.

Do I need to buy tickets in advance?

Online ticket purchase is recommended, especially during peak season, to avoid waiting lines at the entrance. Tickets can also be purchased on-site, subject to availability.

For whom is Aquacolors intended?

Aquacolors is designed for small and big ones. Aquacolors has a mix of adrenaline, relaxation and fun.

Do I have to purchase an entrance ticket even if I do not intend to use the pools and slides?

All visitors must have a valid purchased entrance ticket, even if only escorting someone else.

How do I pay inside Aquacolors?

Aquacolors introduces a cashless system for payments within the park. A bracelet with a unique barcode helps visitors to buy the products and services they need without the use of credit cards or cash. Before leaving the park, the bracelet is being scanned and you pay for everything you have consumed. 

How do we ensure the safety of guests?

All our attractions meet very strict safety criteria in accordance with European legislation. We check attractions regularly and thoroughly. 

May I bring my own food?

Unfortunately, no. However, you will certainly not suffer from hunger or thirst. There are several restaurants and bars on the territory, where even the most demanding visitor will be satisfied. Our assortment has all sorts of sweet and salty goodies, as well as meals in a form of grilled meat, fish, fruit and vegetable salads.

Is the park suitable for wheelchair bounds?

The whole park is barrier-free. Wheelchair-bounds may also use the swimming pool with artificial waves. We also have barrier-free toilets.

What to do if you forget something at the Aquacolors premises?

Items found within Aquacolors are automatically handed over to our „Lost&found“ office. The loss of personal items can be reported at the phone number +385 52 219 671info@aquacolors.eu, or directly at our cash desk. All lost items can be collected with valid identification documents and information proving the ownership of the lost item.

Are there any limitations in using attractions?

Yes, for some of our attractions there are limitations set by height. Due to safety reasons, the approach to some of the attractions is forbidden to disabled persons or those who cannot move without help. Also, for your own safety, it is also forbidden to use attractions carrying watches, sunglasses, and any sharp items.

What to do in cases of rain or extreme weather conditions?

Your safety is our priority. For that reason, depending on the weather conditions, some parts or even the whole Aquacolors complex can be closed. Unfortunately, in these unpredicted conditions, there are no refunds for purchased tickets.

Is it allowed to enter with pets?

Unfortunately, it isn’t allowed.

 

How can I buy tickets?

You can buy tickets directly at the cash desk and online at our webshop. You can pay with Euro or credit/debit cards.

Are credit/debit cards accepted?

All services can be paid for using credit/debit cards. We accept Visa, Mastercard and Maestro.

Are there any price differences for the low and high season?

The prices are the same for whole season.

Is it necessary to print the ticket purchased over the webshop?

No, it is sufficient to present the ticket, for example on your phone with a readable QR code or number under the barcode.

I have not received my ticket and I have successfully paid for it. The money was withdrawn from my account. What can I do?

Are the tickets from previous years valid?

Only the tickets bought in 2026. are valid. Tickets from previous years are NOT VALID. Valid tickets are those bought online with a code or here at the cashdesk.

How can you get to Aquacolors by car?

By highway
We are situated in the immediate proximity to the highway of Istrial Ypsilon. If you arrive by highway, turn on the exit BADERNA and continue in the direction of Poreč. Leave the first roundabout before Poreč by the third exit, and continue straight through the next roundabout. The aqua park is situated two km before the town of Funtana.

From Poreč
Follow marking of the direction of Zelena Laguna when leaving it in the direction of Vrsar and Funtana. After the turn to Zelena Laguna Resort, go on about one km straight. Drive about five minutes from Poreč to the aqua park.

Parking for our guests

Our aquapark has its own parking area with an adequate number of parking places. The price of parking is 3euro for whole day.

How can you get to Aquacolors by foot?

You can also go by foot to the aqua park. From the nearest Poreč hotel complex at the sea, Zelena Laguna, it is not more than 10 minutes by foot.
